Vital Prime operates one dedicated pet-treat plant in Huangdao District, Qingdao — minutes from Qingdao port. Raw material intake, processing, drying, slicing, metal detection, sealing and laboratory testing all happen under one roof.

Quality you can verify

Production runs under HACCP and ISO 9001 systems; the factory has passed BRC, IFS and BSCI audits and is registered with the FDA and for EU export. All raw materials come from CIQ-registered slaughterhouses, every batch passes metal detection and laboratory checks, and a COA is available on request.

Buyers are welcome to visit the plant or appoint a third-party inspection company — we regularly host SGS, Intertek and customer-arranged audits.
